Ninja Tune’s Jazz-hopping extraordinaires bring their full live show to The HiFi Club.

More than 18 years into their musical journey, THE HERBALISER are now gearing up for the release of THERE WERE SEVEN (8th October).

Doing the do since the early 1990s, West London duo Jake Wherry and Ollie Teeba focussed their shared passion for hip-hop, rare groove, funk and jazz into a sonic whole that was unlike anything else around at the time. The pair went on to be one of the mainstay heavyweights on seminal label Ninja Tune, releasing 5 albums and countless other Eps and curated compilations whilst on the way collaborating with the likes of MF Doom, Dilated Peoples, Roots Manuva and Phi Life Chiper.

With full live band shows a rarity, we’re very excited to bring to you THE HERBALISER! Joined on the night by none other than FINGATHING AKA double bassist Sneaky & DJ Peter Parker living up to their name bringing an ultra tight show from the tips of their fingers straight to your ears.

Doors: 7pm with first band onstage at 7.30pm-ish.

Ticket price also includes free entry into the Funksoulnation clubnight from 11pm!
