Vancouver electronic music institution, Art Of Beatz Radio celebrates a decade on air on CFRO, 100.5 FM, every Thursday night at midnight.

Ten years in terms of electronic dance music is a long time. Club nights last barely six months. DJs buy and sell their decks in less time. Whole genres are born, praised and die in a two year span. So when we make noise to celebrate our birthday, it's loud. Seeing as we've spent a decade bringing everyone from bedroom DJs to international superstars to the airwaves, we thought it best to celebrate with two of the people that started it all.

Broadcasting strongly from the heart of downtown Vancouver since 2004, Art Of Beatz and its current hosts Kuma and Motomasa have brought only the finest in electronic dance music from 0-200 to the airwaves. Be it internationally known talent like Kode 9, Alex Patterson of the Orb, Benga or Miguel Graca; local favorites like Luke Mckeehan, Jay Tripwire and Pacific (Matty C) or up and coming names set to take over their respective scenes.

Ten years is a long time, and we're having a party to celebrate. We do cake, after all and it being Ginger 62, we do house too.
