Let's raise lots of money again this year for Pudsey Bear!

Children in Need at Burton Rugby Club on the evening of Friday 18th November from 6pm

On the night, the Under 7’s, 8’s, and 9’s will be playing against Barton on Peel Croft. Inside the club house there will be lots of fundraising activities to raise as much money as possible for Children in Need.

We are looking for help with the following

• Raffle/Auction – If you are able to donate a prize, or have contacts you can ask, it would be very much appreciated. For example, Dinner for two at a restaurant, Spa Treatments, Sports Merchandise etc.
• Bottle Tombola – bottle donations for the adults tombola – spirits/wine/beer/cordial
• Kids Tombola – Toys, games etc. in good condition, sweets and chocolate
• Face Painting & Tattoos (for children!) Sonia Shenton has kindly offered to help with the face painting but to keep queues down it would be good to have another face paint artist. If you can help, please let me know.
• Cake stall – homemade cupcakes, tray bakes, crispy cakes etc. Please let me know if you can bake and bring a cake along on the night
• DVD’s/Books – if you have any DVDs or books that are gathering dust that are still in good condition, please bring them along

If you’re having a clear out before Christmas, please remember to put aside any old toys, dvds etc. and bring them along to the club house on 6th November (our last home game before Children in Need), as well any bottles/sweets/chocolate.
