With influences ranging from Wayne Shorter to J Dilla to Levon Helm, the WPBE is a Toronto based quintet celebrating its 10th anniversary of blending jazz improvisation with various genres of music. The band features Chris Gale (sax), Adrean Farrugia (keys), Michael Herring (bass), LEO37 (turntables) and Tim Shia (drums).
