Save the Date...for Lindy Harvest 2018!

Our highly acclaimed big annual workshop weekend returns in 2018 with things already in the works. The first bit of big news, the booking of two instructors for next year:

Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Harlem Hot Shots Mimmi Gunnarsson Bringlöv and Fredrik Dahlberg!

If you don't know who they are, they are two of the very best modern day lindy hoppers who also love social dancing, the heritage of vernacular jazz, and the music! Fredrik is also a great swing musician and a fantastic international-class swing deejay.

With talent like these, Lindy Harvest 2018 is off to a great start! Check the feed for a video of them dancing.

Second bit of good news -- Lindy Harvest 2018 will be happening the week before Thanksgiving, September 27 to October 1. You can expect warmer weather, and it should be a welcome relief to students with their nasty midterms!

-- Four tracks of classes, beginner through advanced
-- Open Level and Advanced Level contests for Mix 'n Match, Strictly, and Solo Jazz
-- Performances (and performance opportunities for teams in our region)
-- TONS of social dancing
-- Live Music throughout
