Details: Open to anyone interested in photography. Join local members of the PORTLAND CAMERA CLUB, and get advice on shooting, settings, gear and more!! Free to the public.

Meet just inside the gate of the cemetery by the Chapel and photograph for a couple of hours. There are literally thousands of daffodils blooming along the Saco River bank as well as hundreds of tulips scattered throughout the area. Here is a link to the Laurel Hill Cemetery Facebook Page where you can find more information. Pub trip to follow for those interested. (At participants expense)

Type of Photography: Basic to advanced with a focus on macro or close up photography as well as landscapes and scenery.

SUGGESTED GEAR: Tripod, Camera, Wide Angle Lens, Telephoto Lens and/or Macro Lens, Lensbaby, Extra Batteries, Extra SD/CF Cards, Umbrella and Rain pants, Diffuser for shading flowers if sunny. Also suggest you have a blanket of some sort to put on the ground to get low angle shots.

**CAUTION**: The daffodil fields are TICK TERRITORY so wear protective clothing!
