EMBER BIO:
Held in the highest esteem by his peers and the masses, Ember is without question one of Australia’s most in demand genre hopping beatsmiths. Crossing the country on a weekly basis, leaving jaws dropped upon sweat drenched dance floors; this star student of the Sydney club scene has definitely earned his stripes. Sharing stages with the worlds dance music elite, he has held his own at Stereosonic, Field Day, Splendour In The Grass, Shore Thing, Big Day Out, Parklife and Future Music Festival amongst other iconic party spots. Warming the faders and ransacking riders with everyone from Snoop Dogg to Skrillex, Duck Sauce to Diplo, building a resume along the way that any mother would be more than proud of.

Keeping his ear to the ground and head out of the clouds, Ember has been asked on board national tours with Ministry Of Sound three times in the past two years, recently mixing the renowned Annual for 2015, after touring the country with Joel Fletcher for Clubbers Guide to 2014, and Chardy for Electro House Sessions 6. His first official release, Blur, hit #1 on the Australian ARIA Club Chart, with Triple J premiers from Peking Duk and mixes from Go Freek, Spenda C, Jay Karama and Combo gaining support from dance aficionados the world over.

True to his groundwork in ass droppin-party tunes, the young man has been hitting home of late, voted as one of Australia’s Top 50 DJs 7 years in a row by Inthemix and listed as one of DJ City’s Australian producers to watch in 2014. Hell bent on throwing down wherever there’s a spot to get down, Ember continues to turn heads and taste make with his booty-bouncing sets. Bridging the gap between his own brands of busted up tech funk and main room ghetto bangers; the future’s looking strong for this young party maestro.

GENERIK BIO:
It’s no surprise Generik called his debut single ‘The Weekend’. Whether it’s playing around the world or partying with Calvin Harris or Skrillex, this party boy lives it 24/7.

“Life’s revolved around the weekend for as long as I can remember… it was the natural choice,” says the Melbourne producer and DJ aka Tyson O’Brien.

Hotwiring hyperactive house with euphoric ‘90s rave piano and a sleek guitar solo, Generik’s maiden voyage into the studio is a colossal collab with Nicky Van She, frontman for digital pop auteurs Van She. Naturally, the track was born on a bender, which started in a London pub and spilled back to Nicky’s house to all hours. “Nicky started singing the vocal into his phone on the train home,” recalls Tyson. “We got home and started banging out the piano chords and the core of the track was made.”

‘The Weekend’ signals a pivotal point for Tyson. Since cutting his teeth at iconic Melbourne clubs like ONELOVE and SuperDisco, this self-confessed joker of the deck has become the ace of clubs, here and abroad. Armed with killer sets and that famous 1000-kilowatt smile, he’s the jet-setting, party punk that’s earned the attention of DJ dons like Diplo, Brodinski, Gesaffelstein, Skrillex and Calvin Harris.“I met Calvin at Stereosonic and we hit it off immediately,” recalls Tyson. “Then he asked me to tour Europe with him on his private jet and we did 13 shows in 11 days in 8 countries – it was insane!”

As for weekend tales, Tyson’s got plenty of wicked ones, as his tongue-in-cheek party hashtag #tourofcool attests. There’s crazy Las Vegas parties, Paris romps and riotous shows in regional Australia playing to giant trannies. There’s dancing side of stage at Coachella with models Rosie Huntington and Kendal Jenner and there’s his last two-week trip to Ibiza where he only slept for 27 hours. On that one, he crowd surfed over 5000 people to the back of Amnesia and then drank his hotel mini-bar twice.

“The next day, I passed out on a flight to Finland and everyone drew dicks on my face and took photos. I walk out into the airport and everyone’s laughing. The flight attendant’s like ‘you should probably wash your face!’”

It’s that quest for the perfect party that propels Tyson’s music and runs deep within ‘The Weekend’. It’s the joyous story of parties lived and loved, wild adventures celebrated and savored.

MASHD N KUTCHER BIO:
Meeting each other in 2013 in their hometown of Brisbane Australia, Mashd N Kutcher are definitely not your average DJ’s.

After having only known each other for a couple of months, the boys decided to create a live show, combining their skills as a metal drummer & a classical pianist.

Before they knew it, they had signed to Lucky Ent. and hit the road, taking their unique mashups to pubs and clubs across Australia.

Not long after, they also secured a weekly national radio segment on Australia’s Party People, on the Austereo Network, not to mention an online following of over 20 thousand on Facebook, and over a million plays on Soundcloud.

18 months down the track, and MNK have played almost 200 shows across Australia, Asia & New Zealand.
In 2015 expect singles, collaborations, and a whole new level of live shows.

TENZIN BIO:
Touring nationally with Australia and Asia’s acclaimed Future Music Festival and luring club cats with a feast of electronic offerings, Tenzin holds his own- seizing thousands of dance music devotees. On enviable residencies like Marquee Sydney and boasting a ferocious blend of house, electro and self-commanding party-dub, this dance decoy is ravenous behind the booth and in the studio across cities globally.

The last two years has identified a hectic takeover at Future Music Festival where Tenzin has hosted the 2nd Main Stage, setting the scene for the largest array of artists from Azealia Banks, Bloc Party, Phoenix, Rudimental, to Cut Copy, Ellie Goulding and more. Supporting Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, Fatboy Slim, Steve Aoki, Afrojack, Above & Beyond and more, Tenzin has flared as the next generation of forefront Australian artists stepping onto the industry’s international platform.
