Party: Fitness Sunday 3

The aim is for these sessions to be held weekly, as an option for interested members. Regular participation is encouraged as this allows the greatest benefit and improvement for the individual.

This is a very straightforward session, and can be run by anyone who has done these sessions before, keen continue to work on squash-related fitness (footwork, speed and endurance), and willing to lead the session.

Having conducted the past 2 sessions over the past 2 weeks, it is indeed extremely quick and simple. Hasn't taken more than 15 minutes of court time but with everyone having a pretty good run for their money (it's free!).

I personally like a group of 5 so the court doesn't get too crammed, but if there is sufficient interest we can work around rotating sets or expanding the area to work in.

Meanwhile, keep warm and keep squashing!
