This is a joint event between DPI & NTWA and will comprise of both weightlifting and powerlifting lifts. There will be two rounds of each lift. There will be a female and a male flight of max 20 lifters in each. The women will lift first starting with the weightlifting lifts. When the ladies move on to the powerlifting lifts the men will commence the weightlifting lifts. Your total is obtained by adding the weightlifting total and powerlifting total together. Age, gender and weight coefficients will apply. Knee high socks are mandatory. Spectators are welcome at no cost.

Female lifters need to be at the venue for weigh in between 09:30 and 10:30 and male lifters between 10:30 and 11:30. Numbers will be limited to 20 females and 20 males. Registrations will be accepted on the day, however, if you want to be sure to secure a spot you can do so by completing an electronic registration form and paying the $20.00 registration fee by direct deposit.
