Lights Out and Dance (L.O.A.D.) and Waterside Events presents... ‘LET’S DANCE DISCO VS MOTOWN NIGHT!’
Lights Out and Dance (LOAD) and Waterside Events have once again joined forces to bring you Let’s Dance Motown vs Disco night! An evening of music, dance and everything romance, with love won and lost and the Motown groove!
Join us for an evening of adult dancing fun with DJ Helter Skelter spinning the decks. There will also be a $10 Cocktail Cart special along with our regular cocktail menu on offer.
The event is all about letting your hair down and dancing to some classic Motown music with everything from The Supremes to Stevie Wonder.

This is adult dancing fun at its best�, says LOAD co-founder Karleen Harrington. Think of it as a Blue Light Disco for grown-ups! The concept started out of a love for dance but a lost-love of nightclubs!
The Gold Coast’s Lights Out and Dance sessions held at Burleigh are a weekly one hour music and free movement event for the simple and pure joy of dance. It offers people a chance to move to their own beat, tune out from the world and tune into them self.
As the title suggests the LOAD events take place in the dark, however at Let’s Dance at Currumbin RSL we’ll have the lights on disco style!
